Drawing
Drawing with pencils, paints and markers; using fingers, brushes and natural materials.
Modelling and building
We explore materials, roll and shape, connect forms, and keep our workspace tidy.
Collage and gluing
Holding a brush correctly, applying glue, sticking shapes, tearing technique, cutting with scissors.
Construction
Building with different materials, developing spatial thinking and creativity.
Practical skills
Home economics
Weaving and braiding, setting the table, exploring ingredients, rolling dough and baking cookies.
English through music and play
Learning English through play with the Happy Child programme
Children learn English through songs, movement, games and stories. Music helps them hear and recognise sounds, while movement helps them remember and understand new things.
From about 1.6 years, children can learn the basics of English through music and movement, following international standards. We also email parents optional activities to try together at home and practise what children have learned.
