Form messages arrive in our email inbox. Cloudflare runs the website and Resend delivers the messages. These providers process data on our behalf.

Cloudflare, Resend, Google and Meta may also process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers use safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

The website stores your cookie choice in a cookie named kamolins_marketing_consent for up to 12 months.

We use Google and Meta advertising cookies, such as _gcl_au and _fbp, only if you allow them. They help us count page visits and submitted enquiries. If you allow them, Google and Meta receive information about the page visited, your IP address and browser, and a randomly generated enquiry number, but not what you typed into the form. They manage this data and how long their cookies last under their own privacy policies, and may also use the data to show advertising.

If you allow these cookies and arrive from one of our advertisements, your browser remembers the campaign name for up to 24 hours and the enquiry message may mention that campaign.

We use the app "Kamolins Ads Manager" only to manage our own Facebook and Instagram advertising. It works with our advertising account, campaigns and their overall statistics, and does not collect data about website visitors.

We keep enquiries and related correspondence until the conversation ends, and for no longer than 12 months if the child is not admitted. If the child is admitted, we keep the data as required by the regulations on educational institution records.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable form, and you can object to processing. Email info@kamolins.lv. If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia, www.dvi.gov.lv.
